To get to the start line of the race in 2009, the Minimus Sailing Team will need help in a variety of different ways. We will not only need support monetarily but also with logistics, equipment, various services, and of course help fundraising. If you would like to be part of the Minimus sailing Team and help us reach our goal, please contact us!
In North America contribution from individuals are the single most important source of funds for sailors campaigning for the Olympics, World Championships and offshore races like the Mini Transat. Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a big difference in getting the boat to the start line.
If you would like to contribute funds toward the capital cost such as the boat and trailer, please make your cheque out to Minimus Sailing Team or use PayPal. Donations toward capital costs are NOT tax deductible.
If you would like to make a tax deductible donation, please make your cheque payable to the Canadian Yachting Association (a minimum of $25 is required). Use this donation form that must be submitted with your contribution. You can mail the cheque and the form directly to the CYA or you can have it sent to me and I will make arrangements to have it sent to the CYA.
